Mitel Veteran Joins ITC Telecom

Industry veteran Susan Misgen has joined managed services provider ITC Telecom Technology as director of system solutions. In this new executive consulting role, Misgen will work directly with ITC co-founder and managing partner Braun Mincher and will focus on working with midmarket enterprises to enable their businesses to be more efficient and profitable from a telecom and technology standpoint, specifically relating to their business phone systems.

During her more than 20 years in the industry, Misgen has worked with both Inter-Tel and Mitel Communications, along with subsequent business development roles at Longview Systems and tw telecom.

Based in Fort Collins, Colo., ITC specializes in deploying the Zultys IP-PBX Business Phone Systems. The company works with local and national companies generally with 50-5,000 employees and multiple locations to design, implement and support Zultys’ VoIP unified communications platform in premises-installed, managed/hosted/cloud and virtualized models.
