PRESS RELEASE — Boston, MA (December 15, 2015)— Grandstream Networks, connecting the world since 2002 with award-winning SIP unified communication solutions, announced today the release of the GXP2170, a new 12-line, 6 SIP account Enterprise HD IP phone with 48 digitally programmable BLF/speed-dial keys.  Ideal for enterprises, receptionists and users handling high call volume, the GXP2170 IP phone features a sleek new design and an all-glass 4.3 inch color display LCD for high-level functionality and elegant appearance. 

The GXP2170 is the first Grandstream phone to feature on-screen, digitally programmable BLF/speed dial keys. A total of 48 digitally programmable BLF/speed-dial keys are supported to allow high-call volume users to easily access up to 48 speed-dial numbers for increased efficiency and productivity. This 12-line Enterprise IP phone includes built-in Bluetooth for pairing with Bluetooth mobile devices for data exchange (contacts and calendars), call transferring to/from mobile devices and for Bluetooth headsets. The GXP2170 features dual Gigabit ports for the fastest possible connection speeds, full HD audio, built-in power-over-Ethernet (PoE), EHS support for Plantronics headsets, a USB port, 5-way voice conferencing and TLS/SRTP encryption technology. It supports all of the major SIP-based IP PBX/softswitch/IMS platforms on the market including Broadsoft, Metaswitch, Asterisk, Elastix, and more. The GXP2170 supports 19 native languages as well as a variety of provisioning methods including XML config files, TR-069, and Zero Configuration with Grandstream’s UCM series of IP PBXs.
