About Fonality
Founded in 2004, Fonality is the only provider to offer Ingram Micro partners the option to sell pure cloud and Hybrid-Hosted® on-premises business phone systems with the simplicity of one subscription model. This puts unparalleled flexibility in partners’ hands when moving customers to cloud-hosted VoIP with unified communications — removing a huge barrier to entry. That’s because Hybrid-Hosted means even customers in telecom contracts can take advantage of a hosted UC phone system while using existing phone circuits.
The ease of adding recurring revenue is one of many reasons more than 600 partners have chosen Fonality. Others include high reliability and Heads Up Display™, the company’s award-winning unified communications Web and mobile software. HUD puts employee presence, powerful contact center capabilities, HD video and audio conferencing, voicemail transcription, and much more in users’ hands.
