Masergy Communications has promoted Bill Madison to vice president, strategic partner program, and Kristy Thomas to vice president of cloud communications.

Previously director of global channel sales, Madison will be responsible for global alignment, strategy and growth plans for Masergy’s strategic partners. Thomas will focus on expanding Masergy’s cloud communications service globally, helping partners address both enterprise and midmarket clients. She previously was cloud communications manager.

Masergy’s Global Partner Program includes four partner levels: Reseller, Certified, Gold and Platinum.
