Kaseya on Thursday announced the general availability of VSA 9.2, its IT systems-management software, which includes support for Microsoft’s Windows 10.

This is Kaseya’s first product release since changing CEOs in July. Fred Voccola replaced Yogesh Gupta as chief executive. Gupta is now chairman of the board.

The company also announced ongoing enhancements to its portfolio of IT management offerings to serve its MSP community, including: 365Command, Traverse and AuthAnvil.

Shortly after Voccola took over as CEO, Kaseya enhanced its customer success program and named Alex Cuevas as its chief customer officer. Its customers include MSPs and SMBs.

Voccola tells Channel Partners that his company has undergone a “big cultural change” in the past three months in that focusing on the customer is “a religion here.”

Through regular Customer Advisory Council meetings and other gatherings both in the United States and internationally, Kaseya is constantly seeking input from MSPs, he said.

“We have made a lot of adjustments and changes, so we are constantly getting MSP feedback and input, and constantly bringing together MSPs,” Voccola said. “Everything we think about is how can we help MSPs grow their business, expand their business … that’s what we do all day long.”

This is the first of many product releases in the coming months “to be able to help our customers achieve the levels of success they can and deserve,” he said. Also, a big part of frequent product releases is to educate customers on how they can best leverage Kaseya’s products, he said.

Kaseya’s latest version of VSA eases Windows 10 adoption for customers through management of the OS, and discovery and network monitoring, Voccola said. This allows midsize enterprises and MSPs to spend time on more revenue-generating projects and processes, he said.

Additionally, Kaseya VSA 9.2 includes new features aimed at simplifying and improving accuracy of network discovery. Kaseya also doubled the number of metrics tracked through its real-time concurrent monitoring, and added more than 300 new device fingerprints.

“Our product road map will continue to evolve based on this communication and participation from our user base as Kaseya evolves into the most customer-centric provider in this space,” said Mike Puglia, Kaseya’s chief product officer.
