Enterprise network security provider Fireglass on Thursday announced a new channel-based program to bring its Threat Isolation Platform to the enterprise.

Fireglass' Guy GuznerThe SPARK Partner Program allows resellers and distributors to offer customers a “clientless and easy-to-deploy solution to eliminate attacks such as malware, ransomware, phishing and more,” the company said.

Guy Guzner, Fireglass’ founder and CEO, tells Channel Partners that SPARK represents his company’s first partner program as it emerged from stealth in February.

“With so many of our employees coming from channel-based companies such as Check Point Software, it is no surprise Fireglass sees its partnership program as a very strategic effort to bring its network isolation solutions to its resellers and distributors,” he said. “Several partners are already signed up, from the largest security resellers in the United States to innovative new ones such as Fishtech Labs.”

Fireglass says the program offers IT security partners the following benefits: differentiated security services offered with threat isolation technology; long-lasting high margins; discounted pricing based on partner level; sales opportunity protection via deal registration; close collaboration with Fireglass sales, marketing and support teams; lead sharing and referrals; joint sales and marketing activities and programs; and go-to-market support including sales tools, education and collateral.

“Channel partners are always looking for ways to bring customers the best arsenal of security/IT solutions on the market,” Guzner said. “With the tools and resources housed in the SPARK Partner Program, channel partners will benefit from being able to offer a differentiated set of solutions given Fireglass’ unique approach to network isolation.”{ad}

Research has shown that “current solutions on the market have proven to be ineffective in eliminating threats targeting users,” he said.

“Adding insult to injury, the rise of ransomware and malware, and the endless amount of alerts and false positives, is making it nearly impossible for many enterprise SoCs (system on a chip) to keep up,” Guzner said. “Channel partners that are now armed with the tools to bring Fireglass’ Threat Isolation Platform to an enterprise will be able to provide a solution that isolates all content instead of trying to determine which content (website, files and emails) is ‘good’ or ‘bad,’ and bring peace of mind to the enterprise landscape.”

In January, Fireglass announced $20 million in funding to expand research and development efforts, and build out its sales, marketing and support teams in North America and Europe.

“At Fishtech Labs, we focus on next-generation technologies which complement and enhance existing systems to create cohesive and secure environments,” said Gary Fish, Fishtech’s founder and CEO. “The Fireglass Threat Isolation Platform sets the bar when it comes to Web security, and we’re excited to join the SPARK Program in an effort to offer an unmatched level of protection to our customers.”
