The company said among the benefits in becoming an authorized Clean Machine VAR/Reseller are low VAR pricing with no mark-up restriction; provides VARs with a recurring revenue stream through a subscription model; allows VARs to anticipate individual customer needs; and VARs still own the customer relationship

Clean Machine charges the VAR a monthly fee based on the number of computers, and provides a trained technician to remotely scan, diagnose, update and repair the client companys PCs and laptops on a monthly basis. VARs decide how much to mark up the PC Concierge fee they charge their clients. There is no need for the VAR to make a site visit or to install additional hardware or software.

The PC Concierge Service is turn-key using Clean Machines proprietary software, processes and patent-pending security. Services available via a PC Concierge subscription include system auditing, OS repair or installation, critical system update installation, wireless security setup, and firewall and e-mail configuration.

Clean Machine VAR partners and customers will also receive a detailed monthly diagnostic and repair report for each client, which can in turn be loaded onto their corporate letterhead.
