Ayehu, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered IT and security automation and orchestration platform, has launched its new global partner program for MSPs, OEM partners and SIs.

The program supports members in all aspects of Ayehu’s platform, and it is customized for each partner, designed to educate and empower organizations to use, offer and implement the platform as part of a digital-transformation strategy.

Taly Dunevich, Ayehu’s vice president of business development and alliances, tells Channel Partners her company has worked with partners, but this is its first formalized partner program.

“The overall growth of the business as well as the growth of the partners network drove the development of this program,” she said. “As we continue to gain momentum with our next-generation intelligent IT automation and orchestration platform, it made sense to create a program to support our partners. Partners are a strategic part of the business and Ayehu wants to support, enable, build and grow these important relationships for long-term success.”

Feedback from partners helped Ayehu understand their needs for training and tools that would help them better serve their customers, Dunevich said.

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

“The program helps partners with immediate access to the training they may require through the online portal,” she said. “This means they can get what they need right away, and in turn provide value to their customers more quickly. Additionally the program gives them access to additional tools they may want to support specific customer needs. At Ayehu, we are committed to providing the highest level of support and are focused on being extremely responsive to their needs. The program allows us to interact with our partners in such a way that it makes it very easy to help their customers achieve their goals.”

Ayehu’s “fast -growing” global partner community includes firms such as Cognizant, Capgemini and Everbridge.

Ayehu’s platform allows IT and security operations teams to automate the manual response of an experienced IT or security operator, including complex tasks across multiple systems. Last month, the company announced the latest version of its platform.

“Since we launched our intelligent automation platform, customers have realized that artificial intelligence combined with IT automation is a game changer,” said Brian Boeggeman, Ayehu’s chief revenue officer.
