Apple Sued Over Location-Based Services

Two men have alleged in a class-action lawsuit that Apple‘s location-based services in the iOS 4 platform pose a risk of privacy invasion and stalking.

In the suit filed in Florida District Court, Vikram Ajjampur of Florida and William Devito of New York contend that Apple collects the location information covertly, surreptitiously, and in violations of law,” PC Magazine reported.
