CLOUD PARTNERS Vocal IP Networx (Booth 214) has hired Justin Chugg as its new vice president of business development.

Partners will recognize Chugg from his decade-plus at master agency Telarus, where he served as director of marketing. Some of his achievements included organizing local and virtual events, and creating the first reverse-address technology and marketing automation. Chugg moves to Vocal IP Networx, a cloud and network services provider, with a focus on channel development.
