TouchTone Releases Dynamic PRI Service

CHANNEL PARTNERS
TouchTone Communications (Booth #504) is releasing its dynamic PRI converged IP service that combines Internet access, local and long-distance on one circuit.

The voice and data services provider said its platform intelligently assigns bandwidth based on call volume or Internet usage. The technology works with most existing phones, PBXs and key systems.

TouchTones dynamic PRIs are smart and economical because they allow customers to better manage and consolidate their voice and data over one network,” said Ken McCormack, TouchTone’s vice president of sales and marketing. “These circuits are based on bandwidth rather than on the limitation of a fixed number of lines or channels. When phones are idle, additional bandwidth is available for data applications and Internet browsing.”

TouchTone offers flat-rate local and long-distance calling with features including toll-free numbers, caller ID, remote call forwarding, direct trunk overflow and more. Multiple connectivity options are available, including T1, DS3, Ethernet and MPLS. Customers may choose port speeds from 1.544mbps to 100mbps and, depending on their requirements, can choose private or public IP.

Plus, as part of the product lunch, TouchTone is offering agents residual commissions of up to 32 percent, a one-time SPIFF of up to $750 per circuit and a 100 percent cash bonus.

We are always looking for new ways to give back to our agents, both through our product offering and commission and bonus programs,” McCormack said. Dynamic PRIs will enable agents to stay competitive and aggressively compete for voice and data business among enterprise customers.”
