PRESS RELEASE — CHANNEL PARTNERS EVOLUTION — As regulatory approval of the acquisition of leading managed services provider DSCI by TelePacific (Booth E59) rolls smoothly forward, the soon-to-be-combined company is moving quickly so that it can incorporate DSCI’s award-winning capabilities into its broad  portfolio of business communications services.  Coupled with TelePacific’s recently announced introduction of Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) capabilities that enable truly nationwide coverage, this will mark TelePacific’s transformation from a regional telecom carrier into a premier managed services carrier serving a national customer base.

TelePacific will bring its entire sales force – both direct and in the channel – up to speed through a series of intensive training sessions held around the country.  As soon as final regulatory approval is inked, a milestone that is expected to happen within the next weeks, the newly merged company will be ready to speak as one.{ad}

“We’re finding daily affirmation of the fit between DSCI and TelePacific,” says Sean Dandley, President and CEO of DSCI.  “The culture, the focus on customers and the excitement that we’re seeing as we weave our offerings and TelePacific’s terrific solutions together are remarkable, to say the least.

“We’re ready to seamlessly integrate all of our capabilities into TelePacific’s solutions line, delivering the performance, industry-leading service and support that have cemented both our companies’ bonds with our customers.”

When regulatory approval is completed, DSCI will become a TelePacific company, retaining its name and leadership while it merges its systems and support structure.  Current customers will see no change in their relationship with DSCI but will find that their set of options for communications solutions has become greatly expanded as it joins TelePacific.  DSCI will continue to be headquartered in Waltham, MA.
