“Granite Vision business mobility management offers our partners a new revenue opportunity as they go to market with Granite as a multiservice provider to multilocation organizations,” he said. “Businesses continue to look to the channel for tech guidance and expertise. And Granite Vision absolutely creates more opportunities for Granite’s partners to identify support-and cost-reduction options. Partners can leverage Granite Vision to engage new prospects with a new solution or to provide more value to an existing client.”

Here’s our most recent list of new products and services that agents, VARs, MSPs and other partners offer.

New Features

The new Granite offering is a monthly subscription to support organizations that manage 500 or more mobile wireless lines in company-owned or BYOD environments. It offers:

  • A centralized management portal.

  • Real-time inventory and expense tracking.

  • Order-to-invoice life cycle management for multiple wireless service providers.

  • Wireless policy management with automated enforcement.

  • Reporting, auditing and expense reduction recommendations.

  • Tier 1 help desk support with toll-free phone and live-chat assistance.

  • Integration with enterprise resource planning (ERP), HR, accounts payable and travel applications.

“With the dramatic increase in the use of wireless technology, the ability to reduce wireless management costs creates a clear advantage for partners to win clients and prospects immediately,” Pagliazzo said. “There’s also an added advantage of helping resource-constrained customers free up budget and personnel for other revenue-generating activities.”

Mobility solutions have been a significant part of the transition to remote work during the pandemic, he said.

“We’ve seen an uptick in partner sales of tablets, handsets, hotspots and wireless access for networking solutions,” Pagliazzo said. “The Granite Vision managed mobility solution is a logical and needed addition. Since the outbreak began in March, Granite channel managers and solutions specialists have been working with partners and their customers to rapidly enable flexible work environments, leveraging all of our business services and we look forward to driving real productivity through Granite Vision.”
