CLOUD PARTNERS Bronston Legal PLLC (Booth 428) has hired Charles L. Carr II as its new senior attorney.

Carr comes to the law firm with 17 years as a business transactions attorney. He also owned his own law firm where he provided general advice and counsel to SMBs in a range of legal matters.

In addition to his experience in the telecom industry and expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, interpretation and dispute resolution, he brings a broad base of experience in complex transactions, having served as lead counsel on M&A and financing transactions ranging in size from $100,000 to over $500 million.”

Carr graduated with honors from the University of California Berkeley where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his JD from the University of Houston Law Center, where he served on the editorial board of the Journal of International Law.
