ADTRAN Inc. has promoted Ted Cole to vice president of channel sales for the company’s Enterprise Networks Division.

Cole joined the company a little more than a year ago as senior director of sales responsible for sales of routers, switches and IP telephony solutions to major service providers. Cole now will focus on setting strategy and growing ADTRAN’s sales to SMBs through carrier, reseller and distribution channels.

With his track record of success and wealth of experience, we are certain that Ted can help strengthen our channel and grow sales to new heights.”

Cole has more than 20 years experience in sales, product development and management and has served as sales director for Cisco Systems Inc., senior vice president of sales for Hypercom Corp., strategic alliance manager for Tandem Computers and director of product development for Applied Communications.
