Telecom Consulting Group (TCG) is adding new SD-WAN services through an Adaptiv Networks partnership.

Adaptiv, the Ontario-based SD-WAN-as-a-service provider, boosts its sales reach through TCG’s 4,000 subagents. Adaptiv targets smaller and midsized enterprises (SME) that use the internet for cloud access.

“Adaptiv Networks is a solid fit for the SME market because the solution is delivered as a simple and frictionless managed service with 24/7 support,” said Dan Pirigyi, partner at TCG. “This partnership will help TCG agents meet business connectivity requirements for digital transformation.”

Adaptiv will provide training and marketing content for agents. The vendor said in a news release that it operates 100% through a channel model.

The Adaptiv SD-WAN solution improves the reliability of mission-critical applications like UCaaS, according to executives. The company in January announced the acquisition of LiveQoS, which is expected to accelerate internet performance.

“SD-WAN is not one-size-fits-all. Most solutions are too costly and too complex for smaller businesses who have limited IT resources,” Adaptiv Networks CEO Bernard Breton said. “We focus on delivering simplicity, agility and cost-effectiveness for businesses of any size.”

TCG last month obtained new fiber services by announcing a partnership with RCN, Grande and Wave Business Solutions. The master agent teamed up with FirstLight in a similar partnership last week.
