Lillie’s appointment completes the company’s realignment as it begins executing its two-business unit operating model. Rackspace hired DK Sinha to lead its public cloud business unit.

Previously, Lillie was Zayo Group‘s chief product and technology officer. He created and was responsible for executing the company’s product, network and software technology strategy and road map.

Before Zayo Group, Lillie served over 10 years in several C-level roles at Equinix. That includes chief information officer, chief customer officer, and finally chief product officer.

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in December.

“I am thrilled to be joining Rackspace and working alongside [CEO] Amar Maletira and the executive leadership team to enhance the company’s private cloud strategy, and further develop their innovative multicloud product and solutions road map to drive growth,” he said. “Rackspace Technology’s customer-first, cloud-first approach, combined with an exceptionally dedicated and talented team of ‘Rackers,’ make it a powerful force for unlocking the company’s growth potential.”

In a separate announcement, Calabrio has hired Kevin Jones as its new CEO. Jones previously was Rackspace’s CEO. Tom Goodmanson, Calabrio’s current CEO, is leaving after 15 years to pursue new ventures.

Jones has held key leadership roles across a variety of technology services companies including Rackspace, Dell Technologies and HP. At Rackspace, he led a team that grew the company from $2 billion to $3 billion in annual revenue by building and scaling a public cloud business, introducing new products, and expanding geographically.
