Cavalier Telephone has hired Richard Schreib as vice president of wholesale sales.

Schreib, who has more than 20 years experience in sales and business development, comes to Cavalier Telephone from S3 Matching Technologies where he launched successful sales strategies into S3s vertical markets, focusing on Fortune 1000 telecommunications customers. Schreib also has been vice president of broadband services and network business development at Broadwing Communication Services.

Cavalier Telephone is a provider of communications, data and IPTV, and serves 85,000 business and 550,000 residential customers.
