Broadvox Adds to Management Team

Broadvox said Wednesday it has named David Byrd vice president of marketing and product management and Randy Imhoff vice president of finance and chief financial officer.

Byrd has more than 25 years of telecommunications sales and marketing experience and previously served as vice president of channels and alliances for Telcordia Technologies and Eftia OSS Solutions managing the sales and marketing of their partner programs. Working with carriers, network providers and software companies, he has held sales and marketing positions with Sprint, Ericsson, HP and i2 Technologies.

Imhoff has nearly 25 years of financial management experience with both private and public companies. For the past seven years he has held various executive finance roles with Dell Inc. including positions in the companys unit serving SMBs and in Dells internal Information Technology organization.
