Manny Ferrufino has joined master agency Business Communications Management (BCM) as managing director of alternate channels.

Ferrufino brings 10 years of telecommunications experience at Qwest Communications where he was a channel account manager in the Northeast handling some of Qwest’s Premiere Master Agents. Ferrufino was chosen as a top channel manager for Qwest by PHONE+ and won multiple President’s Club and Top Eagle awards as a top revenue generator.
