William Kelly has joined ATCOM Business Telecom Solutions as senior application consultant, the company said Monday.

Kelly will be responsible for new acquisition and increasing awareness of the company to bring in new customers, ATCOM said. He has more than 17 years of industry experience, and has worked as a sales manager, regional manager and managed several interconnects prior to joining ATCOM.

ATCOM is a North Carolina-based provider of voice, IP, video, network carrier services and call center technologies.
