PRESS RELEASE — CLOUD PARTNERS — Access Point (Booth 519), is excited to announce that Robert Buffa has joined its executive team in the role of Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Buffa, a 26 year telecom veteran, is well known in the worlds of both channel and direct sales having been a member of executive teams at several telecommunications companies.
Prior to joining Access Point, Buffa spent the past seven years as the VP of Sales & Partner Development at Broadsmart where he led a very successful effort to transform the company into a nationwide provider of Hosted Unified Communications to enterprise level clients. Prior to that Buffa spent a decade at BTI Telecommunications as the VP of Dealer Sales and managed the transition from BTI to Deltacom, in the process building one of the largest channel programs in the country. Buffa began his telecommunications career in 1989, owning and operating several family owned phones companies.
