Managed services and mobile solutions provider Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) has formed a strategic partnership with Telecommunications America, LLC (Samsung Mobile) to provide enterprise customers with managed mobility services.

According to DMI, the partnership will provide enterprises deploying Samsung Mobile smartphones and tablets with a portfolio of services. These services will include migration services, mobile device management (MDM) implementation, end user help desk, and security assessments and professional services.

DMI Commercial Division EVP Sam Ganga told MSPmentor that the partnership is an integral and necessary component of DMI’s suite of offerings.

“We decided to embark on this strategic initiative to combine the best of both worlds,” he said. “Through this collaboration, we will be able to provide our U.S. enterprise customers with state-of-the-art, secure mobile devices and prime enterprise services and solutions.”

Ganga said that “Samsung KNOX fits well into the mobile eco-system and does not cause any channel conflicts for DMI.”

“We foresee only a positive impact from this announcement on the relationships we’ve developed with our channel partners,” he added.

Ganga declined to comment on BlackBerry (BBRY) interim CEO John Chen claiming leadership of the enterprise mobile device management (MDM) space.
