Mobile device management (MDM) vendor SOTI Inc. vendor has partnered with workplace service provider PHS Group to manage and control their Motorola (NYSE: MSI) devices with SOTI MobiControl. Here are the details.
PHS Group has leveraged SOTI MobiControl in a couple of ways. First, it enables PHS Group to operate Motorola devices in a lockdown or kiosk mode, providing the right content to the right user. Second, the company relies on the solution's mobile application management (MAM) features to install and update applications on all devices. Third, SOTI's solution enables PHS Group to remotely troubleshoot and resolve device issues in the field.
PHS Group Mobile Solutions Architect Greg Legg said in a statement that SOTI MobiControl has enabled the company to manage the company's fleet of Motorola devices across the U.K, which has resulted in an increase of productivity.
