BTG Acquires CelPro, Launches Mobility Division
As BTG Mobility, CelPro will continue to offer mobile integration and management services.

Cloud and managed service provider Breakthrough Technology Group (BTG) announced Monday that is has acquired CelPro Associates, a mobile technology systems integrator and MSP based in New York City. Terms of the agreement between the privately held companies were not disclosed.
CelPro will become BTG’s mobility division. As BTG Mobility, CelPro will continue to offer services including multiple platform monitoring and support (for iOS, Android, RIM, and Microsoft), MDM, BYOD policy and program development, software and solution design, mobile application development and deployment, architecting and best practice consulting, proof of concept, pilots and demos, as well as wireless deployment management.
This acquisition positions BTG not only as the one-stop shop where organizations of all sizes can solve their mobility and wireless problems, but also as the most complete IT and telecom solutions provider,” said Jeff Kaplan, CEO and founder of Breakthrough Technology Group. Mobility is at the heart of the technical evolution, as mobile app development and deployment affects every corner of operations as part of an ongoing quest to improve productivity.
In addition to being a cloud and managed service provider, BTG is the highest producing AT&T Channel Solutions Partner for 2010, 2011 and 2012. It also is a winner of the Channel Partners 360 Business Value Awards in 2013.
