PRESS RELEASE — CHANNEL PARTNERS EVOLUTION — Simplified Networks (Booth E58), an Arizona-based provider of VoIP switching and billing services for businesses and mobile operators announced today that it has completed the acquisition of CloudConnect LLC, a hosted VOIP telephone service provider in San Diego, CA. {ad}

The acquisition will allow Simplified Networks, a subsidiary of PhoenixSoft, Inc., to strengthen its position as a leader in cloud-based communications, adding CloudConnect’s strong position in southern California to Simplified Networks’ growing presence throughout the US.  CloudConnect built its customer base utilizing softswitch technology from Simplified Networks’ parent company, PhoenixSoft, Inc., a global leader in switching and billing solutions for more than 30 years.  The common technologies utilized by both companies provided for a seamless transition of CloudConnect customers into Simplified Networks’ installed base.
