So said Jim Glackin, SVP of global channel sales, Masergy, during our CPTV interview at this fall’s CP Expo. Touting the merger and industry trends that will benefit its partners, Glackin discusses the nuts and bolts of one of the biggest channel-impacting acquisitions of the year.
