The acquisition expands Kore‘s capabilities, allowing it to deliver managed connectivity services and solutions to customers to maximize their return on investments. It allows Kore to further its role in the global deployment of eSIM IoT capabilities, and strengthens its operations in Europe and Asia Pacific.

“This gives Kore’s value-added resellers, master agents and subagents a broader set of IoT connectivity options to resell,” Jason Rutherford, Kore’s executive vice president and chief revenue officer, told Channel Partners. “In addition, the acquisition increases Kore’s global footprint, providing our partners with more robust offerings to sell in Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. This also extends Kore’s offerings into Africa, a continent that is projected to have high IoT growth rates.”
Kore is pivoting toward vertical-specific offerings, delivering bundles at the industry use case level in industries such as fleet, health care, logistics, industrial and more. These offerings directly address the challenges, business drivers and revenue opportunities in each specific industry, according to the company.
Aspider-NGI provides as-a-service infrastructure for mobile access, applications and connectivity services, using core network and value-added services across voice, data and messaging. The company is able to provision advanced connectivity services to companies and carriers across geographies with its own core network.

Aspider-NGI also has developed its next-generation eSIM Connectivity Hub.
