Lumen Technologies has enlisted the resources of Syndio to help them achieve their pay equity goals. Syndio provides technology and expert guidance that helps companies measure and achieve all facets of workplace equity. Their Workplace Equity Analytics Platform provides visibility to potential pay and other workplace disparities.

In addition, Syndio helps companies embed workplace equity into their core business. This helps to ensure that once achieved, equity will be maintained.

The incorporation of Syndio’s technology will help them advance their pay strategy to ensure fair compensation across the company well into the future. The platform will provide an always-on view of pay equity to help Lumen analyze, resolve and prevent pay disparities.

Lumen is also committed to sharing insights with employees.

Lumen was named to Newsweek’s list of America’s Most Responsible Companies 2022 and nonprofit JUST Capital’s 2022 Rankings of America’s Most JUST Companies.  Lumen was also recognized by Forbes as  One of America’s Best Employers for Diversity 2022.

For fourth consecutive year, Lumen earned a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and earned a spot on the list of best places to work for LGBTQ+ equality.  For the seventh consecutive year, Lumen was included on Minority Engineer Magazine’s Top 50 Employers List.
