The vice president of global channel and digital strategy at JS Group, Ragusa-McBain is an active member of the Allies of the Channel Council; served as chair of CompTIA’s Civil Rights and Social Action; is chairman emeritus of CompTIA’s Women in Technology; was a member of the executive council of CompTIA’s Advancing Women in IT; co-founded Tech World’s Half, a nonprofit group that works to promote the retention of women in the technology industry; and is a longstanding member of the National Women in Technology Group.
