Sales Central Changes the Game for Oracle Partners

Oracle PartnerNetwork has announced the launch of a partner-facing version of Oracle Sales Central.

 A common challenge technology vendors face is delivering seller content to their partners at the same rate as their internal salesforce. As technology and selling strategies rapidly evolve, seller content driven by specific sales stages gives partners competitive advantages in selling solutions across DBaaS, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and converged infrastructure. The only mishap is how quickly partners are given access to this content.

To address this need for time sensitivity, Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) took a bold step on Jan. 8. OPN is thrilled to announce the launch of a partner-facing version of Oracle Sales Central. The new, mobile-enabled portal provides easy access to curated sales and customer-facing content–the same exact content the Oracle salesforce receives, at the exact same time.

How will Sales Central help me sell Oracle solutions?

Accessed via the OPN portal, Sales Central aligns seller content by offering and by sales play. The material is also organized by sales stage, making it easier for you to find what you need when you need it. Content includes everything from battle cards and customer presentations to customer success references–all the elements you need to win! In addition, Oracle is making its industry seller content available to partners via the OPN Sales Central portal.

How do I get started using Sales Central?

  • Connect. Go to the official Sales Central website and bookmark it for future use.

  • Learn. Watch “How Sales Central can help you,” a brief, 5-minute overview video.

  • Log-in. Click “Go to Sales Central,” and use your OPN credentials to log in.

  • Access. Download what is most relevant to you. Pick a category (PaaS, SaaS, etc), explore content related to your choice, then select a selling tool such as a battle card or a customer presentation to download.
