The term “customer experience” is all the rage, but not every company has it at the core of its business model.

Channel Futures’ Craig Galbraith and James Anderson sat down at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo, Nov. 1-4, with Andrew Pryfogle, founder and CEO of CX Effect. Pryfogle explained how CX Effect specializes in the customer experience technology stack. It’s more than just UCaaS and cloud contact center, which we usually associate with the customer experience. Is this a model for other businesses going forward?
