Baltimore-based ZeroFox launched a channel program in an effort to double its contributions from partners in 2021.

The vendor, which provides external threat intelligence and protection, announced the ZeroFox Global Partner Program on Monday. The newly launched program represents what ZeroFox executives call a partner-first strategy. The company says it recently acquired its largest customer ever, thanks to a partner. Moreover, ZeroFox looks to assist partners in reaching new verticals – like health care and financial services – and new geographies.

“Our partners rely on ZeroFox’s unmatched pace of innovation and commitment to delivering the world’s strongest external threat intelligence service. Together, we have put ourselves in a position to deliver unrivaled protection, intelligence, and disruption capabilities to all of our customers,” ZeroFox CEO James Foster said. “Furthermore, our customers appreciate that as a partner-first organization, we invest in differentiated partner solutions. Our AI platform is a true difference maker for our partners and customers alike.”

The partner program operates in three tiers, with “escalating benefits.” Partners will access increasing levels of sales incentives, support and MDFs. In addition, the program features a “go-to-market toolbox” and an incubator program that helps partners reach unique verticals and geographies.

ZeroFox has also increased its number of channel personnel. Its team features solution engineers, marketing personnel and channel partner directors. Brian Costello, who has worked at Verizon, RiskAnalytics, Flashpoint and most recently Intsights, joined ZeroFox in December as vice president of global partnerships.

“ZeroFox’s investment in enabling partners through sales, marketing and technical expertise means that our partners can go to market faster, drive more demand, and secure more sustainable sources of revenue,” Costello said. “Both on-demand and white-glove programs mean partners can confidently project the value that ZeroFox brings to their portfolio.”

ZeroFox last fall acquired the Cyveillance threat intelligence business from LookingGlass Cyber Solutions. Foster said at the time the combined company stood larger than any other digital risk protection provider.
