Windstream Enterprise has unveiled the latest iteration of its channel partner program. The aim of the One partner program is to create greater long-term value and simplicity for thousands of channel partners nationwide by supporting teams across all sales channels with a suite of cloud-enabled connectivity, communications and security solutions. It also provides managed IT services, helping partners operate and optimize these technologies.

As part of One, Windstream Enterprise delivers competitive compensation to partners through incentives that focus on helping them close more deals, deliver solutions and provide exceptional customer experiences, company officials said.

Mike Fiacco, chief revenue officer at Windstream Enterprise, said the IT services landscape has evolved.

“Throughout this evolution, we have been guided by one constant: An unwavering commitment to those we service — customers and channel partners alike,” Fiacco said. “The One partner program is a manifestation of that commitment because it gives partners incredible value while making it easy to do business.”

However, doing business hasn’t been a simple process for channel partners in recent years. Fiacco said the One program launch is a reaction to market needs.

“I think we’ve all undergone a tremendous amount of change in the last three years, and I think what you’re seeing is a couple of challenges that have arisen inside the marketplace. Technology is moving faster. I think the pandemic accelerated a shift into a hybrid environment,” he said. “Also, there seems to be investment dollars pouring into the channel, and what that is doing is forcing the channel to look for additional revenue streams.”

Benefits of the Windstream Enterprise Partner Program

Under the One partner program, partners and their customers will get enhanced service assurance and delivery, strategic vertical overlays and maximized earning potential, the company said. Windstream Enterprise will support partners by integrating and supporting teams across partner, direct and indirect sales, including industry experts aligned to strategic verticals at no additional cost. The company will also facilitate a comprehensive life cycle experience, with hands-on professional support. Additionally, the program offers cloud-enabled voice, networking and security solutions — and the IT managed services required to operate and optimize this infrastructure.

The company said the WE Connect Partners portal effectively manages and maintains partners’ book of business – with real-time access, visibility and control into account management functions – and executes transactions with ease and efficiency.

Ben Team, head of channel at Windstream Enterprise, said partners are a central part of Windstream Enterprise’s long-term success. It’s about offering them a one-stop shop to meet their needs to reach their business outcomes, he said.

“We have made significant investments in ensuring the One partner program is beneficial and rewarding for [partners],” Team said. “Today’s growth companies require the most modern, advanced technology to combat cyberthreats, improve efficiency and lower operational costs. Windstream Enterprise has that advanced technology and services, and with our partners’ help, we can best address this strategic market. I am excited to roll out this incredible opportunity to, and for, our partners.”

The One partner program goes into effect July 1.
