Biggest challenge: “My biggest challenge is in helping my agents to understand the value of ACC Business to their customers. The combination and quality of the AT&T network, the people, and the suite of IP and voice products creates long-lasting and profitable customer relationships.”

What traits do you exhibit that you think make a top channel manager? “Dedication and constant communication with my agents and subagents. I feel that by speaking to my agents at the very minimum of once a week, we can keep on top of our sales goals and minimize any potential obstacles we might be facing.”

Favorite weekend activity: Go to Malibu with her son and play in the waves.
