PRESS RELEASE — CHANNEL PARTNERS CONFERENCE & EXPO — April 18, 2018 — TeleDomani (booth #9010 and a Featured Sponsor) is proud to reveal their newest program for staff and agent partner success and wellness: TDaaS – TeleDomani Dreams as a Service.

Gina Pigott, CEO, launched her vision with some inspiring words at the annual Kick Off event on March 19. In a statement to her attendees, Pigott said, “Whether you are new to TeleDomani or completely new to this industry, we have the support model and education track for you. Our team is trained in all aspects of the program and will do everything to ensure your achievement on your entrepreneurial journey. It is in the journey that we will truly excel and reach the levels of accomplishment we desire, set goals, focus, strategize and achieve!” It is truly her Mission to help others reach their highest potential.

TDaaS is a program designed specifically for the enablement and benefit of TeleDomani’s staff, Agent Partners and Channel Managers, to cooperatively grow both personally and professionally, to live their life and conduct their business according to their values, create goals and work collectively to achieve them.

The program is being co-developed and supported by Kathleen Seeley, CEO of Massively Human Leadership and Jairek Robbins, of Jairek Robbins Companies; both mentors to Pigott throughout her professional career. The TDaaS development team will include personal, professional and technical trainers to guide all participants.  TeleDomani’s renewed focus on agent partner education and achievement led it to engage Ken Conway. Ken is a crucial addition to Janine Viverito’s Agent Experience group.  Brought on as TeleDomani’s Agent Onboarding and Training Specialist, Ken joins the team with over fifteen years at Verizon, and his roles in the industry have all been in a capacity engaged to support the Verizon Partner Program. Ken was a part of the team which implemented and supported PRM and provided live trainings and web demos for OneSource and PRM for VPP users. With TeleDomani, Ken will be onboarding new agents and guiding them to provide a fast start with the company. Being a family man, Ken is a great listener and problem solver. When others might give up, he’s just getting started.

“Ken’s upbeat personality and positive attitude, along with his passion for teaching and learning make him a key member of the TDaaS team as its concierge, and the bonus is, Ken is a ton of fun to work with,” says Pigott.

Through TDaaS, TeleDomani evolves its role as a Master Agent by further increasing its focus on Professional Development. The company aims to springboard off its strong support model of day to day business to help its staff and agent partners fulfil their ambitions, building a brand-new construct for entrepreneurial success in coming years.
