Resolve Systems, an intelligent IT automation platform provider, has launched Engaged, its first official channel partner program.

With its recent acquisition of Ayehu, Resolve Systems enables technical teams to deploy IT automation out of the box. The Engaged program allows SIs, MSPs and VARs to leverage products to better support their customers, wherever they may be on their IT automation journeys.

With the acceleration of digital transformation during the pandemic, organizations and enterprises are changing how they work. The role of IT automation in this is crucial. Partners that can help these organizations will experience double-digit growth, Resolve Systems said.

“It combines Resolve’s existing partner ecosystem and Ayehu’s established partner program,” he said. “The new partner program is designed as a way to fuel businesses with intelligent automation and is differentiated from others in that it goes well beyond the traditional transactional programs, offering end-to-end and ongoing support for the entire IT automation journey.”

Resolve Systems works closely with partners to understand and deliver the resources and support needed to grow their businesses.

“Our program provides strategic value by including planning, marketing and training resources, as well as hands-on direct support throughout their customer’s IT automation journey,” Nizri said. “We are creating a holistic environment for partners that want to establish and grow an IT automation practice.”

Engaged also includes greater access to the company’s senior management team, expanded training and resources, accreditations, advisory boards and more.

The program provides partners with a competitive advantage through its comprehensive support, Nizri said. It enables them to quickly build a successful practice that meets the most urgent demands for IT automation.

“Digital transformation has become a top priority as companies change how they work and our program is designed to help SIs, VARS, and MSPs drive revenue and accelerate the adoption of intelligent IT automation by their customers,” he said.
