CHANNEL PARTNERS — Novanet Inc. (Booth 371) this week launched its cloud contact center platform, which it’s calling C3.

C3 is WebRTC-enabled. That means no hardware or software is required, and there’s no setup to do. Users may log in from anywhere.

C3 also features Call-Tags that can be added to any conversation for easier search and organization, as well as click-to-call. C3 further integrates with popular CRM systems.

Novanet CEO Shailesh Tyagi said C3 saves users “a lot of cash” and adds a new revenue stream to partners’ portfolios.
