New Voxeo Partner Program Targets Resellers, Integrators
The provider wants to help contact centers expand beyond traditional IVR platforms.

Interactive voice response provider Voxeo recently launched a new channel partner program, Voxeo Connect, for resellers and systems integrators.
The program lets partners who work with contact-center customers expand beyond the traditional IVR field into text, Web chat, mobile Web, smartphone apps and social networks communications. Voxeo’s platform works in the private and public clouds; a hybrid deployment enables disaster recovery and overflow during peak traffic times, the company said.
Voxeo Connect includes formal certification; a new portal with materials such as webinars and proposal information; and, perhaps most importantly, more money Voxeo is offering marketing development funds for co-marketing and lead generation.
“Voxeo Connect reflects an increased commitment of both funding and resources to help our partners take advantage of new opportunities in the customer experience market,” said Denny Adams, Voxeo’s director of channel sales.
Voxeo also said its certified and global partners receive around-the-clock tech support with guaranteed response time.
