Unified communications and contact center feature prominently in our monthly recap of new products and services. In addition to 8×8 and RingCentral, AWS announced a big update to its cloud contact center. And CallTower harnessed its Cisco partnership to give customers new calling features.
Vendors also made announcements around cloud. Nutanix updated its cloud platform, and HPE issued new methodologies for hybrid models.
We covered more than just suppliers. Several distributors and brokerages (formerly known as master agents) are on this list, including a disti that launched a SOCaaS offering.
