Pollack’s leadership skills have allowed FPA to grow overall service fees by 21% and managed services fees 84% in the last 12 months.

Jason Pollner, Co-CEO, IT Authorities Inc.
Pollner has built a company that has grown 377% and landed on the Inc. 5000 list. He apparently designed business processes that fill PSA software gaps.

David Powell, VP of Managed Services, TekLinks
Powell has worked for three of the companies in the MSPMentor 100 — Claris, ETG and TekLinks. In his two years at TekLinks, Managed Services monthly revenues have nearly tripled, they have opened a third data center and received several awards for their Managed Services success.

Ian Power, Managing Director, Unitec IT Solutions
During the past six months, Unitec has transformed from a tradiitonal Break/Fix IT Services company to a focused MSP. By utilizing and integrating some of the industries leading PSA and RMM tools, Unitec has created the “Pulse Centre. The Pulse Centre is key to Unitec’s vision and ability to automate IT processes and the reason the company’s client base has grown by approximately 25% annually.

Steve Renda, Senior VP, Global Sales and Marketing, Verio Inc.
Renda brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industries to Verio. Roller drives channel engagement and business development for Intronis, a leading cloud backup provider that works closely with hundreds of MSPs. Intronis over the past 12 months has added a record number of partners, increasing storage above the 2 Petabyte mark, and adding close to 30 employees. Intronis has been recognized as a “Best Revenue Generator” three consecutive times by ASCii resellers in 2011.

Dan Rosedahl, General Manager, Corporate Technologies
Rosedahl works behind the scenese, providing constant feedback to Cisco Systems and Level Platforms on beta projects, as well as advice to his peers as power user at partner conferences and partner forums.

Jon Roskill, Channel Chief, Microsoft Corp.
Roskill stepped into the Channel Chief post in mid-2010. Since that time, Microsoft has vastly increased its cloud and managed services offerings for VARs and MSPs — launching Office 365, Dynamics CRM Online, Windows Intune and more. Saraf has positioned Vu Telepresence as an SMB solution that potentially generates recurring revenues for MSPs. Early adopters include telecom resellers. Her brother is Zenith Infotech CEO Akash Saraf.

Akash Saraf, CEO, Zenith Infotech
Saraf has built Zenith Infotech into one of the leading providers of MSP-centric solutions, including remote monitoring software, NOC (network operations center) services, BDR (backup and disaster recovery) services and cloud services. His sister is Vu Telepresence CEO Devita Saraf.
