Jim Hamilton, VP, Member Relations, CompTIA
Say hello — for the second time — to Hamilton. He joined CompTIA when the association acquired MSP Partners. More recently, Hamilton helped CompTIA to launch the MSP Partners Trustmark — a designation that helps proven MSPs to stand out from rivals.

Steven Harper, President, Network Management Group Inc.
Harper is a well-known veteran across the channel and within the managed services market. His company is among the most experienced MSPs in Kansas.

Alex Heaton, Director of Product Management, Windows, Microsoft Corp.
Heaton is one of the key leaders driving Microsoft’s Windows Intune strategy. Windows Intune is a remote management platform for PCs running Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP.

Brian Hierholzer

Brian Hierholzer, President & CEO, Artisan Infrastructure
Artisan is a wholesale infrastructure-as-a-Service provider — servicing MSPs throughout the Americas. With Artisan, partners maintain complete control, autonomy, security, and visibility when building their own private and public cloud solutions. Hierholzer has driven 25% compounded monthly growth over the past year. Plus, the company adds 1TB of RAM and 64 cores to the company’s cloud infrastructure every two weeks.

Barbara Hizer, Director of Client Care Services, Ancero LLC
Hizer has been instrumental in maintaining Ancero’s 99% customer retention rate. Her Client Care organization provides client support and has helped grow the revenue base by cross selling managed and cloud services.

Kevin Hoffman, CEO, eFolder
Hoffman has quietly built one of the most successful storage providers to MSPs.


Dan Holt, CEO, HEIT
Holt and the HEIT team (called HEITans) claim to have built the largest financial industry MSP and Cloud provider. Holt frequently represents and speaks on behalf of Cloud Providers and MSPs to the banking industry. Through M&A and organic means, HEIT has doubled clients and recurring revenue the last 12 months.

Robyn Howes

Robyn Howes, President, Certified NETS, Inc.
Howes built an MSP organization that grew 25% in sales in 2010 vs. 2009 while receiving stellar customer reviews from 95% of its customers.

Mattieu Hug, CEO, RunMyProcess
Hug has positioned RunMyProcess in the platform as a service (PaaS) market. The system leverages more than 1,200 connectors for SaaS and other applications, as well as full integration with Google Apps. The result: RunMyProcess customers can rapidly build and deploy highly customized business applications.

David Hughes, President & CEO, Reflexion Networks Inc.
Over the past four years, David has pushed Reflexion beyond anti-spam software to focus on a suite of SaaS security services. Revenue increased 58% in 2010 vs. 2009, and the company’s partner base expanded by 32% during the same period. Equally impressive: the average customer size increased 27% in 2010 vs. 2009.

Ted Hulsy

Ted Hulsy, VP of Marketing, eFolder
After a successful channel career at SonicWall, Hulsy joined eFolder in mid-2011. He’s now preparing to help eFolder boost its visibility in the storage market for managed services providers.


Pat Hume, Channel Chief, GFI Software
Hume, SAP’s former channel chief, joined GFI Software to drive sales worldwide. Hume’s focus includes VARs and MSPs that need security,storage and monitoring tools, including on-premise and SaaS offerings.

Earle Humphreys, CEO, ITEEX
Humphreys introduced one of first MSP-centric channel models in 2001 at VeriSign. Under contract to CompTIA in 2008, he played an instrumental role in launching the Security Trustmark designation for VARs. More recently, he has participated in various engagements with ASCII and MSP University.

Jackson has set up a global partner channel to provide 24×7 service desk and remote monitoring throughout Europe, Australia, Africa and the USA.

After consulting with N-able, Jauvin moved into the COO role in 2010. The result: N-able over the past 12 months has unviled more new products and services for MSPs than at any other time in the company’s history.

Jenkins has helped Cisco to connect with multiple MSP-centric communities — including HTG Peer Groups, Autotask and ConnectWise.

Mike Jones, CEO, Evolution Technology Group (ETG)
Jones has built the leading MSP focused health care in the U.S. ETG’s recurring revenues are roughly $7 million annually — and they come purely from health care customers.


Jon Kalaugher, Founder & CEO, Naverisk
Kalaugher has positioned Naverisk as a leading provider of cloud-based IT services automation software for MSPs and corporate IT departments. Prior to Naverisk, Kalaugher founded SecureCom, a successful MSP, in 2002. Kalaugher also is a director in Ramsys, a retail automation platfor delivered via channel partners.

John Kampas President, Digerati Group
Under Kampas’s leadership, Digerati Group has doubled in sales and has nearly doubled in staff in the past year, landing the company on our 2011 MSPmentor 100 list.

Zak Karsan, VP, Business Development, VaultLogix
Karsan has helped VaultLogix to build integration relationships with a range of MSP software providers. The company’s online backup service is widely deployed across the MSP industry.


Jacob Kazakevich, President, OS33
Kazakevich has positioned OS33 as an IT-as-a-Service deliverypPlatform for MSPs. He previously co-founded External IT, a global, full-service, cloud IT firm with hundreds of corporate clients. Kazakevich also is a partner in Technology Capital Investors, a New York investment group that helps to grow the managed services market.

Chris Kelly, President & CEO, Circle Computer Resources Inc.
Kelly has played a major role in leading Circle Computer Resources to double-digit percentage sales growth for five consecutive years. Circle Computer believes it is the top MSP for the broadcast monitoring market. The company built a customized, industrial grade Internet service for over 500 fast food restaurants and truck stops in the U.S. and Canada.

James Kernan, Owner, Kernan Consulting Inc.
Kernen wrote the 36 Month Millionaire Coaching Program. He has coached more than 300 VARs and MSPs . On average, Kernan Consulting’s One 2 One customers have grown net income 77% over the past 12 months.
