Complementing the accounting application, CentralBOS is releasing a fixed asset accounting module that will allow organizations to save time and money managing their fixed assets. This exciting new application controls, tracks and records every change that occurs during an asset’s lifetime such as asset status, history and location. It includes a broad set of features such as depreciation processing and forecasting, asset tracking, and physical auditing.
In addition, CentralBOS has also released its help desk and customer support and ticketing applications which allow users to support their customers with a broad set of functions including ticketing, notifications and alerts, workflow, reporting, service level agreements, and more.{ad}
