The company's national director of channel sales says being acquired by a big financial firm is going to reap benefits for partners.

With a number of mergers and a big financial investment under its belt, RCN Grande Wave Business Solutions is hitting the channel hard after a big year.

Editorial director Craig Galbraith sat down with Patrick Dial, the company‘s national director of channel sales, ahead of the Channel Partners Conference & Expo. In this video, Dial talks about the “unique story” RCN Grande Wave has to offer partners as the country’s sixth-largest MSO. He also discusses a new partner portal and the big investment that went into it.
