Conversive Inc., a provider of conversational solutions that range from next-generation live chat to fully-automated conversational self-service, announced it has been selected by Avaya Inc. as a Gold-Level member in the Avaya DevConnect program.
Conversive is the developer of the Conversive Application Platform, an application family that applies natural language processing to Web chat inquiries. In Live-Automation mode, the solution presents fast, high-confidence suggestions to live chat agents. In Automation mode, it handles chat inquiries without the involvement of a live agent. As a result, companies are able to provide higher levels of customer service through shorter chat response time and significantly reduce the costs associated with live chat, the company said.
The Avaya DevConnect program promotes the development, compliance-testing and co-marketing of innovative third-party products that are compatible with standards-based Avaya solutions.
