Alteryx Updates Partner Program with Additional Benefits

In 2021, Alteryx acquired multiple companies, hired new executive management and unveiled new cloud offerings.

Alteryx, the analytics automation provider, has unveiled an updated partner program for VARs, distribution partners, GSIs and OEMs.

The revamped partner program provides technical knowledge and business domain expertise to help customers achieve business advancements with Alteryx.

Alteryx combines with partners’ professional services, integration of technologies and connectors, allowing customers to make more informed data-driven decisions across the enterprise.

“With multiple acquisitions, new executive management and new cloud offerings, 2021 was a transformational year for Alteryx,” she said. “To deliver more innovation faster to our customers, we wanted to invest in our partner ecosystem to become even more of a partner-first organization. This started with updating Alteryx compensation policies incenting our sellers to work with and through partners. Continuing that transformation, Alteryx is modernizing its partner program addressing the needs of a more diverse partner base.”

As customers and partners increase their use of Alteryx for digital transformation across more lines of business, the company has added larger SIs engaging and leading these transformation initiatives with many customers, Huelskamp said.

“The new program uses a central framework addressing the vastly different needs of each partner type,” she said. “By definition, Alteryx is a partner-first technology and organization. Why? Because Alteryx is the connective tissue orchestrating analytic automation across a diverse ecosystem of data and analytic platforms. The need for Alteryx grows as the complexity and diversity of data and analytics increases. We provide customers with an easy way to gain faster insights through self-service analytics, as well as repeatable workflows and orchestration that transform and speed up data-driven business processes.”

Partner Feedback Shaped Updated Program

The updated Alteryx partner program directly reflects feedback received from partners, Huelskamp said.

Partners at each tier – registered, select and premier – are rewarded with progressive benefits as they achieve milestones within the program.

In addition, the program offers an official set of guidelines by partner type. That includes best practices to help partners optimize results within the program.

“The partner strategy and program cascade from Alteryx’s strategic imperatives, which includes driving growth through great customer outcomes,” Huelskamp said. “We recognize the deep and broad customer relationships and domain expertise that partners have addressing our customers’ pain points. The new program includes role-based training and certifications upskilling partners through known use cases, and free solution blueprints for common or complex workstreams.”
