In this CP Studio session at the 2018 Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, James Anderson, Channel Partners/Channel Futures news editor, sits down with Aaron Leveston, national account manager at RingCentral, to discuss their efforts bridging the gap between the older and younger generations in the channel.

They formed a new group called Channel NX2Z (the name changed from Channel Next shortly after this was recorded) that works to unite millennials and make them more comfortable establishing careers in the channel.
