As cloud-communications provider Masergy Communications launches its 2016 fiscal year, one company remains atop its list of platinum partners.

Avant Communications led Masergy partners in overall sales for the fifth year in a row. Masergy recognized the distributor for its achievements while announcing its platinum and gold partner lineups Tuesday.

The certification took into account sales performance from the 2015 fiscal year that began July 1, 2014, and ended June 30, 2015.

Master agent Bridgepointe Technologies ranked as the top revenue-earning reseller of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions in a repeat of last year.

The list of platinum partners includes (in alphabetical order):

  • Advantage Communications Group

  • Agent Alliance

  • Avant Communications

  • Bridgepointe Technologies

  • Business Communications Management (BCM)

  • Fluent Edgeworks

  • Intelisys

  • PlanetOne Communications

  • Presidio

  • Sandler Partners

The company also gave special recognition to Intelisys for selling the most in Unified Enterprise Security (UES). On that note, Masergy touted its announced partner certification for UES, which is completed through an online training program. The education is aimed at protecting customer data from cybersecurity vulnerabilities.

“We are proud to have expanded our programs to encompass cybersecurity certification as well as hybrid networking and cloud integration to boost partners’ opportunities,” said the company’s global channel vice president, Chuck Ward.
