Numerify Closes $37.5M Series C Funding Round Led by Tenaya Capital. Cloud-based analytics applications provider Numerify has added $37.5 million in a Series C funding round led by Tenaya Capital. In addition, the funding round included participation from Sequoia Capital, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Silicon Valley Bank and Four Rivers Group. The Series C funding brings Numerify’s total financing raised to over $60 million.  

ZeroStack Closes $16 Million in Series B Funding Led by Formation 8 and Foundation Capital. Private cloud provider ZeroStack has raised $16 million in a Series B funding round led by Formation 8. Foundation Capital and Mark Leslie, a member of ZeroStack’s board of directors, contributed to the funding round as well. ZeroStack CEO Ajay Gulati noted that the Series B funds will allow his company to “meet the overwhelming demand for an end-to-end solution that provides the agility and ease-of-use of the public cloud combined with the control and performance of the private cloud.”

Citus Data Secures $9.5 Million in Series A Funding, for Scaling Out PostgreSQL, the “World’s Most Advanced Open Source Database.” Citus Data has raised $9.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Khosla Ventures, with participation from Data Collective, Vaizra Investments and other investors. The big data solutions provider said the funding will help it expand its development team and bolster its sales and marketing efforts. 

Kaleo Software Secures $7 Million to Accelerate Innovation and Growth. Kaleo Software, an enterprise cloud platform provider, has added $7 million in a financing round led by OMERS Ventures, with participation from Saturn Partners, Karlin Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, Double M Partners and Greycroft Partners. The company said it will use the new financing to further expand its offerings.

Redox Raises $3.5M Series A Funding to Seamlessly Connect the Evolving Healthcare Technology Industry. Cloud-based application programming interface (API) service provider Redox has secured $3.5 million in a Series A funding round led by .406 Ventures. Flybridge Capital Partners and HealthX Ventures also participated in the funding round. Redox said it will use the funding to explore ways to help developers and healthcare systems share data with electronic health records (EHR).
