PCI Pal, a secure payments provider to contact centers, has unveiled its new global partner program for carriers, VARs, payment providers, CCaaS and UCaaS vendors, and service providers selling voice, wireless and customer engagement solutions.

The partner program includes three levels: referral partner, solution provider partner and integrated partner. It allows firms to offer Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance solutions to customers globally, with sales and product training, marketing tool kits and technical support.

PCI Pal’s Darren Gill

Darren Gill, PCI Pal’s chief revenue officer, tells Channel Partners his company recognized the “differing needs of our partners” and wanted to be able to best equip them with the required resources and tools.

“Our vision is to be the preferred solution provider of our partners to achieve PCI compliance for payments by phone,” he said. “We want to provide an easy and efficient way for our partners to interact with us and get the support they need to enable them to solve their customers’ PCI compliance challenges.”

Here’s our most recent list of important channel-program changes you should know.

Partners will be supported in integrating PCI Pal’s payment security solutions into their overall product and service propositions, enabling them to provide their customers with a solution for securely handling “cardholder not present” payments in contact center environments.

With PCI Pal’s globally accessible cloud platform, partners are able to deliver PCI compliance solutions in all regions, including North America, EMEA  and Australia/New Zealand.

“We began with our existing partner base and ran a beta trial,” Gill said. “Feedback from this trial was then used to modify the portal to ensure we are providing the most efficient tools and program. With tools such as our new partner portal and enhanced sales enablement, we have simplified the process to be able to quickly get our partners and their customers/prospects up to speed and onboarded.”

“PCI compliance is important for clients of ours who are handling sensitive card payments — by working in partnership with PCI Pal, we help them fully manage and meet the very latest data security standards, backed by PCI Pal’s range of solutions and its team of specialists,” said Olga Lykova, Vonage‘s regional vice president of alliances in North America.
